Chargé(e) de projet – Construction (multirésidentiel / institutionnel)

Rive-Sud de Montréal 

Notre client est une entreprise québécoise solidement établie et reconnue pour son expertise en construction de bâtiments résidentiels et institutionnels d'envergure. Dans un contexte de croissance soutenue, l'organisation souhaite s'adjoindre un(e) Chargé(e) de projet afin de soutenir le développement et la réalisation de projets stratégiques.

Relevant de la direction, la personne retenue jouera un rôle central dans la gestion complète des projets, de la phase de conception jusqu'à la livraison, en assurant une coordination efficace entre les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Prendre en charge la gestion complète de projets de construction (multirésidentiel, institutionnel)
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les différentes étapes de réalisation des projets
  • Assurer le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des standards de qualité
  • Coordonner les professionnels, consultants et sous-traitants impliqués
  • Valider les plans, devis et documents techniques
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des coûts, des risques et des enjeux de chantier
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination et assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes
  • Produire des rapports d'avancement et recommander des solutions adaptées aux enjeux rencontrés
  • Veiller au respect des normes en santé et sécurité ainsi qu'aux obligations contractuelles
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de gestion de projets

Profil recherché

  • Formation en génie de la construction, architecture ou domaine connexe (atout)
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets en construction
  • Expérience pertinente en projets multirésidentiels et/ou institutionnels
  • Bonne capacité à lire et interpréter plans et devis
  • Connaissances techniques en construction bois et/ou mécanique du bâtiment (atout)
  • Expérience en phase de préconstruction / conception (atout)
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l'oral et à l'écrit
