RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le chargé de projet est responsable de la planification, de la coordination, de la gestion et du

suivi de projets de construction ou dinfrastructures, de lestimation à la livraison finale. Il

veille au respect des échéanciers, des budgets, de la qualité et des normes de sécurité, tout

en assurant une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

DÉTAIL DES RESPONSABILITÉS

GESTION DE PROJET

Estimer, planifier et organiser les travaux pour un ou plusieurs projets

simultanément.

Identifier et comprendre les besoins des clients et des parties prenantes. Planifier les

besoins de main-dœuvre, de machinerie et de matériaux.

Coordonner léquipe projet au quotidien et piloter les opérations de chantier. Fournir

les documents de projet aux contremaîtres et responsables, et leur communiquer les

particularités.

Engager des ressources et planifier les mobilisations/démobilisations déquipements.

Commander le matériel spécial et gérer les inventaires de bitume et autres

matériaux.

Élaborer et gérer les contrats de sous-traitance, suivre lavancement et approuver les

paiements.

SUIVI ET CONTRÔLE

Contrôler et analyser le budget et les coûts du projet.

Produire et analyser les rapports de coûts journaliers, proposer des pistes

damélioration et effectuer les ajustements requis.

Suivre rigoureusement les quantités journalières et négocier les extras avec les

clients et fournisseurs. Produire les décomptes de paiement et les factures clients.

GESTION DES ÉCHÉANCIERS

Produire et ajuster les calendriers de projets (MS Project ou autre). Communiquer

les calendriers aux clients, sous-traitants, gestionnaires et équipes.

Ajuster les opérations et relocaliser les ressources en cas de retards ou

devancements.

COMMUNICATION

Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients, sous-traitants, fournisseurs et

employés.

Assurer une communication claire et efficiente avec léquipe dadministration et les

autres départements (inventaires, payables, recevables, paie).

Participer aux réunions de fermeture de mois comptable et communiquer les

informations demandées.

QUALITÉ, SANTÉ, SÉCURITÉ ET ENVIRONNEMENT (SSE)

Sassurer que léquipe respecte les normes de qualité, SST et environnement.

Challenger les contremaîtres et responsables techniques pour garantir la conformité

et la rentabilité des travaux.

DÉVELOPPEMENT DES AFFAIRES ET SOUMISSIONS

Rester à laffût des opportunités daffaires (appels doffres, clients existants,

sollicitation).

Vérifier quotidiennement les sites dappels doffres (SEAO, MERX, etc.).

Produire les estimés et soumissions, lire les plans et devis, établir les quantités et

valider les prix.

Participer à la fermeture de la soumission et transmettre le formulaire.

EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES

Diplôme de premier cycle en génie civil, gestion de projets, administration des

affaires ou domaine connexe.

Certifications reconnues (ex. PMP, PMI) un atout.

Expérience en gestion de projets de construction, principalement en génie routier.

Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (MS Project, TPL, Monday, etc.).

Compétences en planification, analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
