Titre du Poste : Chargé de Projet en Génie Civil (Réfection de Centrale Hydroélectrique)

Introduction

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Projet talentueux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une entreprise de construction familiale fondée en 1949, spécialisée dans la construction institutionnelle, commerciale et industrielle. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion et la supervision d'un important projet de réfection d'une centrale hydroélectrique, en remplacement d'un chargé de projet actuel.

Rôle

Le/La Chargé(e) de Projet sera responsable de la gestion complète du chantier de réfection d'une centrale hydroélectrique, en assurant le leadership de l'équipe, la prise de décisions stratégiques, la gestion des relations clients avec les parties prenantes et la conformité aux plans. Il/Elle devra faire preuve d'autonomie, de caractère et d'un fort esprit d'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Tâches et Responsabilités

  • Superviser et gérer une équipe de chantier composée d'un adjoint chargé de projet, d'un adjoint administratif/commis de chantier, d'un responsable qualité, de deux surintendants, de contremaîtres et de travailleurs.
  • Prendre des décisions éclairées et rapides sur le chantier pour assurer l'avancement du projet.
  • Gérer les relations avec le client, en respectant les échéances et en faisant preuve de fermeté lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer la conformité des travaux aux plans et spécifications techniques, y compris la validation par attestations d'ingénieur.
  • Garantir le respect des échéances du projet et la gestion autonome du chantier.
  • Maintenir un esprit d'équipe positif et collaboratif sur le chantier.
  • Être présent(e) à temps plein sur le chantier, situé à une heure d'une ville de la Mauricie, du lundi au jeudi.

Exigences et Profil de Compétences

  • Qualifications académiques : Diplôme d'ingénieur (civil, construction ou mécanique) est idéal, compte tenu des besoins en attestations et validation de conformité.
  • Expérience requise : Idéalement, une dizaine d'années d'expérience en gestion de projet en génie civil, de préférence sur des projets similaires et avec des clients du secteur de l'énergie.
  • Compétences techniques : Excellente connaissance technique, notamment dans le béton et les projets d'architecture.
  • Compétences comportementales : Leadership avéré, capacité à prendre des décisions, caractère face aux clients, bon esprit d'équipe et bonne humeur.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français.

Salaire, Avantages et Conditions

Notre client offre une rémunération compétitive, basée sur l'expérience et les compétences du/de la candidat(e). Les avantages comprennent :

  • Indemnité de logement et repas : 175 $ non imposable par jour travaillé (4 jours par semaine), soit environ 32 000 $ par an.
  • Véhicule : Un véhicule de fonction peut être fourni pour les déplacements.
  • Vacances : En plus des 2 semaines à Noël et des 2 semaines de la construction, des semaines de vacances supplémentaires (1, 2 ou 3) peuvent être offertes en fonction de l'expérience et de l'ancienneté.
  • Assurances et fonds de pension : Actuellement non offerts, mais en cours de mise en place.
  • Lieu de travail : Le poste est à temps plein sur le chantier, situé à une heure d'une ville de la Mauricie. La personne doit résider dans cette ville du lundi au jeudi. Ce n'est pas un poste hybride ou en télétravail.
  • Horaires : Présence sur le chantier du lundi au jeudi, de 6h30 minimum à 17h30 minimum. Des heures supplémentaires au-delà des 40 heures sont à prévoir.
