Chargé(e) de projet senior – Gestion de projets immobiliers

Montréal | Projet majeur | 120 000 $ + avantages

Buildup recrute un(e) Chargé(e) de projet senior pour se joindre à une équipe de gestion de projets immobiliers en pleine croissance.

Le poste est rattaché à un projet majeur de rénovation et d'agrandissement de bureaux, au centre-ville de Montréal.

  • +50 M$+
  • Durée d'environ 3 ans
  • Bureaux occupés pendant les travaux
  • Projet complexe avec plusieurs phases et nombreux intervenants
  • Environnement corporatif exigeant, axé sur la rigueur et le service client

Le rôle

Le/la Chargé(e) de projet sera responsable de la gestion et de la coordination du projet, en collaboration avec une équipe composée d'un Associate PM et d'un Project Coordinator.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Gestion des échéanciers, coûts, risques et changements
  • Coordination des clients, professionnels, entrepreneurs et fournisseurs
  • Gestion des enjeux avec les occupants et les parties prenantes
  • Suivi des appels d'offres et des travaux
  • Utilisation des outils de gestion : RACI, Risk Charter, Action & Decision Logs, MS Project
  • Anticipation des problématiques et recherche de solutions
  • Maintien d'une documentation rigoureuse et d'un haut niveau de service client

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne autonome, proactive, structurée et qui a de la drive.

  • 4 à 5 ans et plus en gestion de projets, construction, rénovation ou immobilier
  • Formation en architecture ou design intérieur privilégiée
  • Expérience en gestion de projets complexes
  • Très Bonne connaissance du CCDC 5B — expérience concrète, un fort atout
  • Maîtrise de MS Project
  • Excellente communication en français
  • Très bon sens du service client et capacité à gérer des enjeux complexes
  • ASP Construction obligatoire
