Vitrage architectural, fenestration et murs-rideaux

Lieu : Sainte-Catherine, Québec Type de poste : Permanent, temps plein

L'entreprise

Notre client est un entrepreneur spécialisé en vitrage architectural, fenestration commerciale, portes et fenêtres en aluminium ainsi qu'en murs-rideaux. Il réalise des projets d'envergure dans les secteurs commercial, institutionnel et industriel.

Votre rôle

Vous assurerez la gestion complète de vos projets, de l'octroi du contrat jusqu'à la livraison, en veillant au respect des budgets, des échéanciers et des exigences techniques.

Principales responsabilités

  • Analyser les contrats, les plans, les devis et les exigences des projets.
  • Planifier les échéanciers et coordonner les différentes étapes de réalisation.
  • Assurer le suivi des dessins d'atelier, des approbations techniques et des fiches de produits.
  • Coordonner les achats, la fabrication, les livraisons et les équipes d'installation.
  • Collaborer avec les entrepreneurs généraux, les architectes, les ingénieurs et les fournisseurs.
  • Effectuer le suivi des budgets, des coûts, de la facturation et de la rentabilité des projets.
  • Gérer les changements contractuels, les travaux supplémentaires et les enjeux techniques.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la fermeture des projets.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en génie de la construction, en technologie de l'architecture ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de construction.
  • Bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis.
  • Expérience en vitrerie commerciale, fenestration ou murs-rideaux, un atout important.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et bonnes habiletés en planification et en suivi budgétaire.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, organisation et bonnes habiletés de communication.
