Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de projets intermédiaire – Environnement qui souhaite évoluer au sein d'une équipe passionnée, où l'autonomie, l'initiative et la collaboration sont réellement valorisées. Vous serez appelé(e) à gérer des projets diversifiés en environnement tout en développant votre expertise auprès de professionnels reconnus.

À titre de Chargé(e) de projets intermédiaire, vous aurez l'occasion de :

  • Planifier, coordonner et gérer des projets environnementaux de différentes envergures;
  • Réaliser et superviser des évaluations environnementales de site (Phases I, II et III);
  • Planifier et superviser les travaux de caractérisation environnementale sur le terrain;
  • Encadrer les techniciens, sous-traitants et professionnels impliqués dans les projets;
  • Interpréter les résultats analytiques et évaluer les impacts environnementaux;
  • Rédiger des rapports techniques, recommandations et avis professionnels;
  • Assurer les communications avec les clients, entrepreneurs, laboratoires et organismes gouvernementaux;
  • Gérer les budgets, les échéanciers et la rentabilité des projets;
  • Participer à la préparation des offres de services et au développement de nouveaux mandats;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et au développement technique de l'équipe.

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Possède environ 3 à 7 années d'expérience en gestion de projets environnementaux;
  • Détient un baccalauréat en génie, géologie, sciences de l'environnement ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Est membre ou admissible à un ordre professionnel (OIQ, OGQ ou autre ordre pertinent);
  • Maîtrise les évaluations environnementales de site (Phase I, II et III) ainsi que la réglementation applicable;
  • Possède une excellente capacité d'analyse, de planification et d'organisation;
  • Fait preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'un excellent jugement professionnel;
  • Aime travailler en équipe et offrir un service-client de grande qualité;
  • Souhaite évoluer dans un environnement où la performance est reconnue et récompensée;
  • Détient un permis de conduire valide;
  • Maîtrise le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (anglais, un atout).

📍 Poste permanent à temps plein – Bureaux de Châteauguay, Montréal (Mile-Ex) ou Montréal (West Island)
