La croissance est soutenue, les modèles financiers se complexifient (revenus récurrents, projets, financement, automatisation), et l'organisation entre dans une phase où la finance doit devenir un véritable moteur de performance pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.

Le rôle est conçu pour quelqu'un qui veut prendre la fonction finance au complet, travailler au cœur des décisions stratégiques et se positionner clairement vers un rôle de CFO à moyen terme.

Le profil recherché

  • 3@7 ans d'expérience en tant que CPA
  • Très performant(e), rapide intellectuellement, structuré(e)
  • Ambitieux(se) sans ego
  • À l'aise dans un environnement tech, en croissance rapide
  • Attiré(e) par la responsabilité réelle et l'exposition exécutive

Quelqu'un qui comprend que la finance sert à piloter la croissance, pas seulement à la constater.

Mandat et responsabilités

La personne assumera 100 % de la fonction finance, incluant :

  • Gestion complète de la comptabilité et des contrôles financiers
  • Production des états financiers et déclarations
  • Modélisation financière (scénarios de croissance, cashflow, runway)
  • Construction et maintien de dashboards décisionnels
  • Définition, suivi et amélioration des KPIs financiers et opérationnels
  • Analyse stratégique des résultats et recommandations au comité exécutif
  • Préparation des reportings financiers pour le board
  • Relations avec les prêteurs, partenaires financiers et investisseurs
  • Contribution active aux décisions produit, pricing et stratégie de croissance

Exigences incontournables (non négociables)

  • CPA obligatoire
  • Expérience en Big 4 ou firme équivalente, avec exposition à des environnements complexes
  • Excellente maîtrise technologique
  • Utilisation quotidienne de l'IA obligatoire
  • Connexion et automatisation Excel / Google Sheets QuickBooks
  • Automatisation de processus financiers
  • Expérience avec QuickBooks Online
  • Expérience avec Float (ou outil équivalent)
  • Capacité à penser au-delà de la finance
  • Capacité à définir les bons KPIs pour améliorer la performance globale
  • Apport réel de profondeur stratégique au comité exécutif
  • Autonomie complète dans la production du reporting financier au board

Atouts (nice to have)

  • Expérience en financement immobilier
  • Expérience dans un contexte SaaS / tech / data-driven
