Situé à Saint-Hyacinthe, notre client est une entreprise privée en forte croissance, active dans les secteurs de la construction, du développement immobilier et de la gestion d'actifs. L'organisation génère des revenus annuels significatifs et vise une croissance soutenue au cours des prochaines années. L'environnement est entrepreneurial, en transformation, avec une volonté claire de structuration financière et d'optimisation des processus.

Le rôle

Relevant directement du directeur financier, le ou la contrôleur(e) financier(ère) agira comme bras droit et jouera un rôle clé dans l'uniformisation des pratiques comptables, la supervision de l'équipe financière et l'analyse financière des opérations.

Il s'agit d'un rôle très opérationnel, où la personne devra être à l'aise de mettre les mains à la pâte dès le premier jour, tout en développant progressivement des responsabilités de gestion et de leadership.

Responsabilités principales

  • Superviser et encadrer une équipe d'environ 5 personnes (gestion locative, modélisation financière, comptabilité de projets de construction).
  • Participer activement à la comptabilité quotidienne, incluant certaines tâches opérationnelles au besoin.
  • Assurer l'uniformisation et l'amélioration des processus comptables à travers plusieurs entités et divisions.
  • Analyser les états financiers, identifier les écarts, enjeux et opportunités, et formuler des recommandations.
  • Soutenir la gestion des financements, le suivi des objectifs financiers et la conformité fiscale.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de projets, les investisseurs et les parties prenantes internes.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution des outils et à l'automatisation des processus (OCR, IA, systèmes financiers).

Profil recherché

  • Formation universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité/finance, idéalement dans un contexte de construction ou immobilier.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse des états financiers et bonne compréhension des enjeux opérationnels.
  • Expérience ou intérêt marqué pour la gestion de coûts, le contrôle financier et la performance.
  • Aisance dans un rôle hybride : opérationnel + analytique + supervision.
  • Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, tact, rigueur et capacité d'adaptation.
  • Connaissance d'un ERP de construction (ex. Maestro) : atout important.
  • Titre CPA : atout, sans être requis (profil orienté gestion / contrôle des coûts fortement valorisé).
