Coordonnateur(trice) aux ventes – Immobilier

Dans le cadre d'un projet résidentiel haut de gamme, nous recherchons une personne professionnelle, organisée et orientée vers l'expérience client pour joindre l'équipe des ventes.

Ce projet immobilier distinctif s'adresse à une clientèle exigeante à la recherche d'un milieu de vie de qualité. Vous contribuerez directement au succès de la mise en marché en collaborant étroitement avec la directrice des ventes, tout en jouant un rôle central dans l'accueil, la présentation du projet et la coordination des dossiers clients.

Ce poste combine vente conseil, relation client et coordination administrative dans un environnement structuré, élégant et stimulant.

Responsabilités

Soutien aux ventes et relation client

  • Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente
  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les visiteurs au bureau des ventes
  • Présenter le projet et les unités disponibles avec professionnalisme
  • Effectuer les suivis rigoureux auprès des prospects (appels, courriels, relances)
  • Participer aux rencontres avec les acheteurs et soutenir le processus de vente
  • Préparer et faire signer les contrats préliminaires
  • Assurer le suivi complet des dossiers : approbations hypothécaires, dépôts, documents requis
  • Maintenir les informations à jour dans le CRM

Expérience client

  • Offrir une expérience client irréprochable à chaque interaction
  • Assurer un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long du parcours d'achat
  • Maintenir une image professionnelle et accueillante du bureau des ventes

Soutien administratif

  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement quotidien du bureau des ventes
  • Gérer les appels entrants et la prise de rendez-vous
  • Préparer, organiser et mettre en forme les documents administratifs
  • Compléter les formulaires nécessaires aux dossiers clients
  • Effectuer toute tâche connexe liée au bon déroulement des ventes

Profil recherché

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en immobilier, en vente ou en service à la clientèle
  • Intérêt marqué pour les projets résidentiels et le développement immobilier
  • Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et sens du service client
  • Anglais professionnel requis (clientèle partiellement anglophone)
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et gestion efficace des priorités
  • Professionnalisme, tact et discrétion
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Connaissance d'un CRM (Zoho, un atout)
  • DEC en administration, secrétariat ou domaine connexe (un atout)
