Entreprise spécialisée dans la représentation de manufacturiers reconnus dans les secteurs de l'éclairage, du chauffage et des solutions électriques. L'organisation accompagne les entrepreneurs, distributeurs, ingénieurs et professionnels de l'industrie en leur offrant des produits techniques, des solutions adaptées aux projets et un service à valeur ajoutée.

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, l'entreprise est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de soumissions afin de soutenir l'équipe dans la préparation, la coordination et le suivi des soumissions pour différents projets commerciaux, institutionnels et industriels.

Sommaire du poste

Relevant de la direction des ventes, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) de soumissions sera responsable de coordonner le processus de soumission, de l'analyse des demandes jusqu'au suivi auprès des clients et partenaires.

La personne recherchée devra être organisée, rigoureuse et à l'aise avec les produits techniques. Elle jouera un rôle central dans la coordination entre les manufacturiers représentés, les distributeurs, les entrepreneurs et l'équipe des ventes.

Principales responsabilités

  • Analyser les demandes de soumissions, plans, devis et documents techniques.
  • Préparer et coordonner les soumissions pour différents projets en éclairage, chauffage et électrique.
  • Effectuer les demandes de prix et de disponibilité auprès des manufacturiers.
  • Valider les spécifications, quantités, prix, délais et conditions de vente.
  • Collaborer avec les représentants externes et internes afin de préparer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Effectuer des recherches de produits et proposer des alternatives lorsque requis.
  • Assurer le suivi des soumissions auprès des clients, entrepreneurs et distributeurs.
  • Maintenir à jour les dossiers, listes de prix et informations relatives aux produits.
  • Communiquer avec les manufacturiers afin d'obtenir les informations techniques et commerciales nécessaires.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus de soumission et assurer le respect des échéanciers.
  • Offrir un soutien technique et administratif à l'équipe des ventes.

Profil recherché

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement lié à l'électricité, l'éclairage, au chauffage, à la construction ou à la distribution de produits techniques.
  • Expérience en soumission, estimation, coordination de projets ou soutien aux ventes.
  • Bonne capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis, un atout important.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et grande attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle.
  • Esprit analytique et intérêt pour les produits techniques.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, un atout selon les communications avec les manufacturiers.
