Directeur(trice) de projets – Développement et construction immobilière

Notre client, un développeur et constructeur immobilier en forte croissance, est à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) de projets pour rejoindre son équipe. L'entreprise réalise des projets immobiliers d'envergure, principalement dans les secteurs résidentiel et multirésidentiel, en prenant en charge l'ensemble du cycle de développement, de la conception jusqu'à la livraison finale.

Relevant de la direction, le ou la Directeur(trice) de projets sera responsable de planifier, coordonner et superviser l'ensemble des étapes de réalisation des projets immobiliers. La personne agira comme leader dans la gestion des équipes internes et des partenaires externes afin d'assurer la réussite des projets dans le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des standards de qualité de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales

  • Planifier, organiser et diriger les différentes phases de projets immobiliers, de la préconstruction à la livraison finale
  • Coordonner les équipes internes ainsi que les professionnels externes (architectes, ingénieurs, consultants, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants)
  • Assurer la gestion des budgets, des échéanciers et des ressources afin de garantir la rentabilité et la performance des projets
  • Superviser les processus d'appels d'offres, de négociation et d'octroi de contrats
  • Effectuer le suivi des travaux de construction et veiller au respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité et de conformité réglementaire
  • Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en place des solutions efficaces pour assurer l'avancement des projets
  • Assurer une communication constante avec la direction et produire les rapports d'avancement des projets
  • Participer à l'optimisation des méthodes de travail et des processus de gestion de projets
  • Contribuer à maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires, fournisseurs et intervenants clés du projet

Profil recherché

  • Formation universitaire en génie, architecture, gestion de la construction ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction ou de développement immobilier
  • Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets résidentiels ou multirésidentiels
  • Excellente compréhension des processus de développement immobilier et de construction
  • Solides compétences en gestion budgétaire, planification et négociation contractuelle
  • Leadership mobilisateur et excellente capacité à gérer des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Fortes habiletés en communication, analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique
