Notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) professionnel(le) reconnu(e) pour son orientation vers les résultats et le développement des affaires afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes à travers le Canada et les États-Unis. En étroite synergie avec les équipes de représentation, vous jouerez un rôle de premier plan pour rehausser les standards techniques et stimuler la performance commerciale.

Description du rôle

Relevant du vice-président Ventes, vous agirez comme un véritable catalyseur de croissance. Votre mission sera d'appuyer activement l'équipe des ventes en intervenant sur les plans technique et commercial lors d'opportunités stratégiques, de projets d'envergure et sur des marchés à fort potentiel.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Travailler de concert avec l'équipe des ventes pour maximiser la couverture du territoire et générer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
  • Offrir une expertise technique et un soutien commercial de pointe aux représentants lors de la négociation de projets majeurs et de l'approvisionnement des clients.
  • Tisser des liens d'influence avec les firmes de génie-conseil, les entrepreneurs et les donneurs d'ouvrage afin de faire intégrer les produits et méthodes dans leurs devis.
  • Concevoir et promouvoir des solutions techniques innovantes et à valeur ajoutée (ex. : béton compacté au rouleau, sols d'ingénierie, ciments spécialisés, solutions à faible empreinte carbone).
  • Recueillir et analyser les données du marché pour évaluer la performance de l'entreprise et orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Favoriser l'amélioration continue en partageant les meilleures pratiques commerciales au sein de l'équipe.
  • Assurer une collaboration fluide avec les départements internes (production, logistique, marketing) pour garantir une offre optimale et un service à la clientèle hors pair.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, en génie de la construction ou dans une discipline connexe
  • 3 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en ventes techniques
  • Fortes aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe et capacité à influencer positivement ses pairs
  • Talent marqué pour la communication interpersonnelle et la négociation ;
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit) ;
  • Grande disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents (60 % à 70 % du temps) au Canada et aux États-Unis ;
  • Permis de conduire et passeport valides requis.
