L'opportunité

Notre client, un entrepreneur en forte croissance dans le secteur de la construction, est actuellement à un moment charnière de son développement. Dans un contexte de transformation financière et de structuration, l'entreprise souhaite intégrer un Directeur Financier afin de renforcer ses fondations et soutenir sa croissance.

Il s'agit d'un rôle stratégique avec une forte composante opérationnelle, offrant une réelle capacité d'influence sur les décisions d'affaires.

Le rôle

Relevant directement de la direction générale, le Directeur Financier agira comme un partenaire clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation de la performance financière.

Responsabilités principales

  • Structurer et optimiser la fonction finance
  • Mettre en place des politiques et processus financiers
  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des liquidités
  • Produire un reporting financier fiable et précis
  • Optimiser les coûts et améliorer la rentabilité
  • Superviser l'équipe comptable
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration des systèmes (ERP)
  • Soutenir la direction dans la prise de décision

Le titre CPA est un atout, mais non obligatoire
