Le contexte

Entrepreneur général québécois majeur, très actif en projets publics en bâtiment, qui souhaite s'imposer comme un leader des modes de réalisation collaboratifs. L'entreprise veut intervenir plus tôt, influencer la définition des projets et structurer une pratique de pré-construction moderne, orientée collaboration et performance globale.

Ce rôle n'est pas un poste d'estimation senior. C'est un mandat de positionnement, de structuration et d'influence.

Le mandat

Bâtir et diriger une fonction de pré-construction capable d'intervenir en amont et de livrer des projets publics complexes en modes collaboratifs et alternatifs.

Le ou la titulaire sera responsable de structurer la pratique, den définir les standards et d'agir comme référence interne et externe sur les nouvelles façons de livrer les projets publics au Québec.

Ce que la personne fera réellement

  • Intervenir dès le pré-développement et la définition des projets.
  • Structurer la pré-construction en mode collaboratif, orientée charge de projet.
  • Piloter des projets en conception-construction, conception-construction progressive, ECI et approches hybrides de type IPD.
  • Encadrer l'ingénierie de valeur, l'estimation évolutive et la gestion proactive des risques.
  • Travailler en équipe intégrée avec les donneurs d'ouvrage publics et les firmes professionnelles.
  • Influencer le positionnement stratégique de l'entreprise sur les projets publics.

Profil ciblé

  • Profil senior ayant une expérience solide chez un entrepreneur général.
  • Passage significatif du côté client public ou au sein dune firme professionnelle.
  • Expérience concrète en projets publics en bâtiment.
  • Exposition réelle aux modes collaboratifs et à limplication en amont, pas seulement théorique.
  • Crédibilité terrain et capacité à influencer des décideurs.

  • Leader calme, structuré et crédible.
  • Capacité à bâtir une pratique et à changer les façons de faire sans créer de résistance inutile.
  • À laise dans des environnements publics complexes et politiques.
  • Orienté résultats, mais conscient que la performance se construit en amont.
