The posting

Estimateur – Construction (Plomberie/Chauffage)

Notre client est présentement à la recherche d'un estimateur en plomberie/chauffage. Le candidat recherché est analytique, structuré et possède une excellente capacité à interpréter les plans et devis afin de produire des estimations précises et compétitives.

Responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du directeur construction, l'estimateur est responsable d'analyser, préparer et évaluer les coûts des projets afin de soutenir la prise de décision et assurer la rentabilité des projets.

Tâches :

  • Analyser les plans, devis et documents d'appels d'offres;
  • Évaluer les quantités de matériaux, main-d'œuvre et équipements requis;
  • Préparer les estimations de coûts détaillées;
  • Solliciter et analyser les soumissions des fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
  • Participer à la préparation des soumissions et des propositions;
  • Identifier les risques et opportunités liés aux projets;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projets pour assurer une bonne transition des dossiers;
  • Participer à l'optimisation des méthodes et coûts de construction;
  • Effectuer des suivis et ajustements en fonction des addendas;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Pré-requis :

  • Expérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction (plomberie/chauffage un atout majeur);
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse et souci du détail;
  • Bonne lecture de plans et devis;
  • Maîtrise des outils d'estimation et de la Suite Office;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs soumissions simultanément;
  • Baccalauréat en génie ou formation pertinente (un atout);
  • Bilinguisme (un atout).
