Estimateur(trice) – Mécanique industrielle

Notre client, un entrepreneur général établi depuis plus de 25 ans, est à la recherche d'un(e) Estimateur(trice) en mécanique industrielle pour joindre son équipe à Terrebonne.

L'entreprise œuvre dans les secteurs institutionnel, commercial, industriel et public, avec une expertise en mécanique industrielle, chaudronnerie, tuyauterie et structure d'acier.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez principalement responsable de la préparation de soumissions de nature mécanique dans le secteur industriel, de leur gestion et de leur coordination, en collaboration avec l'équipe d'estimation.

Votre rôle

  • Analyser les plans et devis et assurer une compilation complète et précise des travaux à estimer;
  • Effectuer le relevé des heures de chantier requises en mécanique industrielle, chaudronnerie et structure d'acier;
  • Évaluer les besoins en sous-traitance;
  • Préparer les demandes de prix, établir les listes de soumissionnaires et coordonner les envois;
  • Effectuer les visites de chantier nécessaires à l'élaboration des soumissions;
  • Identifier les exigences contractuelles, notamment les échéanciers;
  • Superviser la préparation des formulaires de soumission;
  • Présenter les estimations complétées au Responsable des soumissions pour validation finale;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe d'estimation et les différents intervenants impliqués dans les projets;
  • Assurer la qualité, la précision et la fiabilité des informations intégrées aux soumissions;
  • Gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément tout en respectant les échéanciers.

Profil recherché

  • 3 ans et plus d'expérience en estimation;
  • DEC en estimation en construction ou expérience pertinente en installation industrielle;
  • Expérience en mécanique industrielle, chaudronnerie et/ou structure d'acier;
  • Bonne capacité à lire et analyser des plans et devis;
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse;
  • Rigueur, organisation et souci de la précision;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
  • Autonomie et proactivité;
  • Facilité à assimiler rapidement des concepts techniques;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire;
  • Anglais fonctionnel pour communiquer avec certains fournisseurs et équipementiers.

Une expérience dans l'un des secteurs suivants constitue un atout : aciérie, aluminerie, aérospatiale, agroalimentaire, centres de distribution, cimenterie, énergie, pâtes et papiers, manufacturier, minier, portuaire ou traitement des eaux.

Conditions

  • Salaire à partir d'environ 80 000 $, selon l'expérience;
  • Rémunération à l'heure;
  • Augmentations salariales selon les ajustements prévus à la CCQ;
  • Assurances collectives :Médicaments couverts à 80 %; Soins dentaires; Télémédecine;
  • REER collectif avec contribution employeur de 5 %;
  • Horaire régulier;
  • Poste 100 % en présentiel à Terrebonne.

Vous intégrerez une équipe d'estimation qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec les chargés de projets, les gestionnaires et les autres intervenants de l'entreprise.

L'Estimateur(trice) aura un rôle central dans la préparation des soumissions mécaniques pour le secteur industriel, de l'analyse des plans jusqu'à la coordination des demandes de prix et à la préparation finale de la soumission.

Il s'agit d'une belle occasion pour un(e) estimateur(trice) souhaitant travailler sur des projets industriels variés et mettre à profit son expertise en mécanique industrielle, en chaudronnerie et en structure d'acier.
