Notre client, un entrepreneur général établi depuis plus de 25 ans, est à la recherche d'un(e) Estimateur(trice) en tuyauterie pour joindre son équipe à Terrebonne.

L'entreprise œuvre dans les secteurs institutionnel, commercial, industriel et public, avec une expertise en mécanique industrielle, chaudronnerie, tuyauterie et structure d'acier.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez principalement responsable de la préparation de soumissions de nature mécanique pour des projets du secteur public, avec un rôle particulièrement axé sur les travaux de tuyauterie institutionnelle et industrielle.

Votre rôle

  • Analyser les plans, devis et schémas de procédés afin d'identifier l'ensemble des travaux de tuyauterie;
  • Effectuer les relevés de quantités nécessaires à l'estimation détaillée;
  • Évaluer les heures de chantier requises pour la réalisation des travaux de tuyauterie;
  • Compiler les matériaux et équipements requis;
  • Effectuer les visites de chantier nécessaires à la préparation des soumissions;
  • Préparer les estimations et assurer leur conformité;
  • Présenter les estimations complétées au Directeur des projets publics pour validation;
  • Collaborer avec l'estimateur général pour l'assemblage de la soumission;
  • Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des informations utilisées dans les soumissions;
  • Gérer plusieurs dossiers et échéanciers simultanément.

Profil recherché

  • 3 ans et plus d'expérience en estimation;
  • DEC en estimation en construction ou expérience pertinente en installation de tuyauterie institutionnelle ou industrielle;
  • Bonne capacité à lire et analyser des plans, devis et schémas de procédés;
  • Expérience en estimation de travaux de tuyauterie;
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse;
  • Rigueur, organisation et souci de la précision;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
  • Autonomie et proactivité;
  • Bon esprit de collaboration et capacité à travailler avec une équipe multidisciplinaire;
  • Anglais fonctionnel pour communiquer avec certains fournisseurs et équipementiers.

Conditions

  • Salaire à partir d'environ 80 000 $, selon l'expérience;
  • Rémunération à l'heure;
  • Augmentations salariales selon les ajustements prévus à la CCQ;
  • Assurances collectives :Médicaments couverts à 80 %; Soins dentaires; Télémédecine;
  • REER collectif avec contribution employeur de 5 %;
  • Horaire régulier;
  • Poste 100 % en présentiel à Terrebonne.

Vous intégrerez une équipe d'estimation qui travaille en collaboration avec les chargés de projets, les gestionnaires et les équipes internes. Vous aurez un rôle concret dans la préparation de soumissions, de l'analyse des plans jusqu'à la préparation finale de l'estimation.

L'entreprise souhaite renforcer son équipe d'estimation afin de pouvoir traiter davantage de soumissions et soutenir le développement de ses projets.
