The posting

Entreprise québécoise reconnue dans le secteur de la construction industrialisée est à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire BIM pour son siège social sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal en présentiel.

Relevant de la direction, la personne jouera un rôle clé dans la structuration, le déploiement et l'optimisation des pratiques BIM à l'échelle de l'organisation, tout en contribuant activement aux projets en cours.

Responsabilités principales

  • Agir comme expert et référence BIM sur les projets (coordination multidisciplinaire)
  • Développer et implanter les standards, processus et plans de gestion BIM
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes techniques vers les meilleures pratiques
  • Assurer la qualité des modèles et le respect des normes de modélisation
  • Optimiser les processus de conception et de construction à l'aide du BIM
  • Contribuer à l'estimation, la planification (4D) et la résolution de problématiques techniques
  • Former les équipes et assurer le transfert des connaissances
  • Assurer une veille technologique et recommander les meilleures solutions

Profil recherché

  • Formation pertinente (génie, architecture, construction ou équivalent)
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en BIM dans un contexte de projets
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe ou en coordination technique
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils BIM (ex. Revit et plateformes connexes)
  • Bonne compréhension des méthodes de construction et des enjeux terrain
  • Leadership, autonomie et fortes aptitudes en communication
