Gestionnaire immobilier

Laurentides | Poste permanent | Mandat confidentiel

Notre client, un promoteur et gestionnaire immobilier reconnu, est à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire immobilier pour assurer la gestion complète d'un important projet résidentiel locatif récemment développé dans la région des Laurentides.

Le portefeuille comprend un complexe résidentiel de 168 unités réparties sur plusieurs immeubles. Le ou la gestionnaire immobilier(e) aura la responsabilité de l'ensemble des opérations administratives, financières et techniques de la propriété, en veillant à offrir une expérience locative de haut niveau tout en assurant la performance financière et opérationnelle de l'actif.

Responsabilités principales

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne complète du complexe résidentiel
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire et gérer les relations avec les locataires
  • Superviser la location des unités (visites, négociation et signature des baux, renouvellements)
  • Préparer et suivre les budgets opérationnels
  • Produire les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels de performance
  • Analyser les écarts budgétaires et assurer le suivi financier
  • Gérer les comptes recevables et les dossiers auprès du Tribunal administratif du logement
  • Planifier et superviser l'entretien préventif et correctif des immeubles
  • Superviser les équipes d'entretien et les fournisseurs externes
  • Effectuer les inspections d'unités et de bâtiments
  • Assurer le respect des politiques internes et des normes réglementaires
  • Maintenir une vigie du marché locatif local et analyser la concurrence
  • Participer à l'embauche et à l'encadrement du personnel sous sa responsabilité

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion immobilière résidentielle
  • Expérience en location et en mise en marché d'immeubles multi-résidentiels d'envergure
  • Solide expérience en gestion budgétaire et en suivi financier
  • Bonne compréhension des opérations techniques et de construction
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et de priorisation
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; la connaissance de YARDI constitue un atout important
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis
  • Professionnalisme, intégrité et leadership naturel
