À titre d'Électricien(ne) d'entretien, vous serez le pilier technique de nos bâtiments sous gestion. Sous la responsabilité du superviseur, vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement, la maintenance préventive et corrective, la réparation et la sécurité de l'ensemble des équipements électromécaniques et des installations électriques.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Maintenance et réparation : Exécuter les travaux d'entretien préventif et correctif sur les systèmes électriques de puissance et de contrôle.
  • Diagnostic et dépannage : Répondre aux appels de service, diagnostiquer les pannes électriques complexes sur les systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) et apporter des solutions durables.
  • Gestion énergétique et technique : Participer activement à la gestion énergétique du bâtiment et maintenir à jour les plans électriques de l'édifice.
  • Suivi de chantier et logistique : Surveiller les travaux électriques lors des nouveaux aménagements et gèrer les inventaires du département électrique.
  • Support aux événements : Offrir le soutien électrique requis pour les branchements scéniques lors d'événements spéciaux.
  • Service client : Traiter les appels de service avec professionnalisme à l'aide du cellulaire fourni.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Certification obligatoire : Détenir un Certificat en électricité (CE) délivré par le gouvernement du Québec (hors construction).
  • Expérience : Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en entretien préventif et correctif électromécanique ou en construction commerciale/industrielle avec des systèmes modernes.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture de plans électromécaniques et bonnes connaissances de base en informatique (opération de systèmes d'éclairage, CVC, contrôle de charge). La connaissance du logiciel PowerTree est un atout.
  • Exigences légales : Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada et admissibilité à l'obtention d'une habilitation de sécurité.
  • Aptitudes : Grande autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, excellent sens du service client et souci de la sécurité.
