SENIOR-MENTOR EN SERVICES ÉLECTRIQUES INDUSTRIELS

Rémunération : Environ 130 000 $ CA / an + bonus et commissions

Lieu : Déplacements occasionnels (Québec, Ontario, potentiellement États-Unis)

VOTRE MISSION Rejoignez une entreprise en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans la maintenance, les tests et le rétrofit d'équipements électriques industriels de pointe. En tant que Senior-Mentor, vous serez le pilier technique de notre équipe. Vous aurez la responsabilité d'assurer la fiabilité des équipements tout en jouant un rôle clé dans la formation de la relève. Ce poste hybride et stimulant vous permettra également de mettre à profit votre expertise pour participer activement au développement de nos opportunités commerciales.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Intervention technique : Assurer la maintenance, le dépannage et la réparation de disjoncteurs, de transformateurs et de tableaux de distribution.
  • Modernisation et essais : Procéder à l'installation d'équipements de rétrofit et réaliser des tests fonctionnels rigoureux.
  • Leadership et mentorat : Former, encadrer et partager vos connaissances techniques avec les techniciens moins expérimentés pour développer leurs compétences.
  • Soutien aux ventes : Participer à l'estimation technique des projets et collaborer au développement des affaires.
  • Mobilité : Représenter l'entreprise lors d'interventions sur divers chantiers à travers le Québec, l'Ontario et, à l'occasion, aux États-Unis.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Certification requise : Détenteur d'une certification NETA ou NICET.
  • Expérience : Solide bagage en maintenance électrique industrielle et expertise pointue dans les tests de disjoncteurs.
  • Connaissances techniques : Maîtrise des équipements de différents grands fabricants de l'industrie (ABB, Schneider, Eaton).
  • Formation : Diplôme en électromécanique, licence d'électricien (titulaire ou en voie d'obtention de la Licence C).
  • Savoir-être : Leadership naturel, fort intérêt pour le mentorat, grande polyvalence et une approche constamment orientée vers les solutions.
