DESCRIPTION DE POSTE : ÉLECTROMÉCANICIEN(NE) / MÉCANICIEN(NE) INDUSTRIEL

Rémunération : 25 $à 40$ / heure (selon l'expérience) + partage des profits et primes

VOTRE MISSION

Vous aimez la vraie mécanique, celle où l'on se salit les mains sur des équipements industriels massifs ? Oubliez la programmation d'automates (PLC) : ici, on parle de machinerie pure. Pour notre succursale de Pointe-aux-Trembles, nous cherchons des passionnés pour démonter, réparer et redonner vie à des moteurs électriques allant de 0,25 HP jusqu'à un impressionnant 35 000 HP. Vous interviendrez sur des équipements cruciaux provenant des secteurs minier, pétrochimique et des pâtes et papiers.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Diagnostic et réparation : Démonter, inspecter et remettre à neuf des moteurs AC, DC et synchrones en respectant les plus hauts standards de l'industrie.
  • Mécanique de précision : Effectuer des tests électriques et prendre des mesures mécaniques pointues (ajustements de roulements, dimensions d'arbres).
  • Service-conseil : Analyser la rentabilité des réparations et orienter le client vers l'achat d'un équipement neuf (à titre de distributeur Toshiba) lorsque le moteur est en fin de vie.
  • Interventions sur le terrain : Participer aux appels de service pour effectuer des réparations directement chez le client (les appels d'urgence s'effectuent sur une base strictement volontaire).

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Expérience : Chez nous, l'attitude prime sur l'expérience ! Les candidats juniors, les jeunes diplômés ainsi que les mécaniciens automobiles désirant transférer leurs compétences sont plus que bienvenus.
  • Savoir-être : Avoir une grande soif d'apprendre, aimer travailler avec de l'équipement lourd industriel et ne pas avoir peur de se salir les mains.
  • Technicité : Démontrer une forte aptitude pour la mécanique physique (aucune automatisation ou programmation requise).

  • Primes d'appels de service majeures : + 4 $/h pour les appels locaux, + 10 $/h pour les appels extérieurs nécessitant une nuitée (avec une garantie de 10 heures payées par jour en déplacement).
  • Conditions de route imbattables : Allocation repas (per diem) jusqu'à 100 $/jour lors des nuitées, repas payés pour les longs appels locaux, et hôtel couvert à 100 % par l'employeur.
  • Avantages sociaux complets : Assurances collectives payées à 100 % (médical, dentaire, lunettes), compte santé de 500 $/an et REER avec contribution de l'employeur à 3,5 %.
  • Équilibre et équipements : 3 semaines de vacances dès le premier jour, jours fériés supérieurs aux normes, allocation d'outils de 600 $/an (ou prêt d'une boîte complète pour débuter), uniformes fournis et allocation de bottes de 275 $/an.
