Sommaire du poste

Le ou la représentant(e) aux spécifications est responsable du développement et du maintien des relations avec les architectes, designers et autres prescripteurs afin d'assurer l'intégration des solutions d'éclairage de l'entreprise dans les projets de construction et de rénovation. Cette personne agit à titre de conseiller technique et joue un rôle stratégique dans le positionnement des produits auprès des professionnels de l'industrie.

Principales responsabilités

  • Promouvoir activement le portefeuille de solutions d'éclairage auprès des architectes, designers et autres professionnels du milieu de la construction.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les prescripteurs afin de favoriser l'intégration des produits dans les projets.
  • Préparer et présenter des spécifications techniques adaptées aux besoins des projets.
  • Accompagner les professionnels dans leurs démarches de conception et identifier les opportunités d'affaires.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets en cours et soutenir les partenaires tout au long du processus de spécification.
  • Agir à titre de ressource technique en offrant conseils et expertise sur les solutions proposées.
  • Effectuer une veille constante des tendances du marché, des innovations technologiques et des activités concurrentielles.
  • Transmettre les informations stratégiques pertinentes aux équipes des ventes et du marketing.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements afin d'assurer un service et un soutien de haut niveau aux clients.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience pertinente en éclairage, en représentation technique ou en spécification de produits destinés au secteur de la construction.
  • Bonne compréhension du marché de la construction et des différents intervenants (architectes, designers, ingénieurs, entrepreneurs, etc.).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en développement de relations d'affaires et en communication.
  • Capacité à influencer et à établir des partenariats durables avec les professionnels de l'industrie.
  • Esprit analytique et rigueur dans la préparation de documents techniques.
  • Grande autonomie, sens de l'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office et aisance avec les technologies numériques.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, considéré comme un atout important.
