Description du rôle

Basé à Montréal, ce poste stratégique consiste à maximiser les ventes d'équipements sur un territoire assigné . Relevant de la direction des ventes, vous aurez pour mission d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires auprès d'une clientèle diversifiée (PME et grandes entreprises) tout en assurant une fidélisation exemplaire des comptes existants.

Responsabilités

  • Expansion du territoire : Déceler et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires dans le West-Island par une prospection proactive et rigoureuse.
  • Maîtrise du cycle de vente : Piloter chaque étape du processus commercial, de la prise de contact initiale jusqu'à la présentation de l'offre et la signature finale.
  • Partenariat stratégique : Instaurer une relation de confiance durable avec les clients pour garantir la fidélisation et le renouvellement des ententes.
  • Optimisation des comptes : Maximiser la valeur des clients actuels par la vente croisée de solutions intégrées (pièces, main-d'œuvre et programmes de formation).
  • Intelligence de marché : Assurer une veille stratégique sur la concurrence locale et collaborer aux orientations de la succursale.
  • Rigueur opérationnelle : Documenter avec précision l'ensemble des activités et interactions clients dans les systèmes CRM de l'entreprise

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans en vente dans un domaine industriel.
  • Formation : Études postsecondaires complétées. Diplôme universitaire un atout
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel et Word) et possession d'un permis de conduire valide.
  • Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit)
  • Aptitudes : Fortes capacités de négociation, esprit d'analyse et clarté communicationnelle
