Description du rôle

Le ou la représentant(e) aux ventes externes est responsable de développer et fidéliser une clientèle commerciale et industrielle. En tant qu'ambassadeur de l'entreprise sur la route, vous identifiez des occasions d'affaires, proposez des solutions adaptées et contribuez directement à la croissance de l'organisation.

Responsabilités

  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
  • Maximiser les ventes chez les clients existants en proposant des produits complémentaires
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients et partenaires
  • Comprendre les besoins clients et recommander des solutions sur mesure
  • Suivre la rentabilité et le crédit client, et informer la direction de toute tendance préoccupante
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour renforcer la satisfaction client
  • Se maintenir informé(e) des tendances du marché, des produits et de la concurrence

Profil recherché

  • Expérience prouvée en ventes B2B, avec résultats à l'appui
  • Aime travailler sur la route et bâtir des relations humaines solides
  • Autonome, structuré(e), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) solution
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur industriel, des produits techniques et des dynamiques concurrentielles
