Vos principales responsabilités

Au cœur des opérations quotidiennes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de vente en étant le point de contact privilégié entre les clients (entrepreneurs, professionnels ou particuliers) et les manufacturiers du secteur.

  • Accueil et conseil : Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme au comptoir, par téléphone et par courriel afin de cibler leurs besoins.
  • Gestion des commandes : Prendre, saisir et valider les commandes de pièces et d'équipements de plomberie avec précision.
  • Recherche et soutien technique : Effectuer des recherches de produits et de pièces dans les catalogues des manufacturiers pour proposer les meilleures solutions aux clients.
  • Suivi logistique des ventes : Assurer le suivi rigoureux des commandes, de la réception jusqu'à la livraison finale.
  • Lien avec les manufacturiers : Effectuer les vérifications nécessaires auprès des manufacturiers de plomberie (délais, disponibilité des stocks, spécifications techniques).
  • Formation continue : Suivre les formations offertes par les manufacturiers

Profil recherché

  • Forte approche client, entregent, dynamisme et habiletés pour la vente conseil.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail (essentiel pour la gestion des suivis et des codes de produits).
  • Esprit curieux et débrouillardise pour mener à bien les recherches de produits et de pièces de plomberie.
  • Une expérience ou une affinité avec le domaine de la plomberie, de la quincaillerie, de la construction ou de la distribution est un atout majeur.
  • Préférence marquée pour le travail collaboratif en formule 100% en présentiel.
