Description du rôle

Relevant de la direction des ventes, le/la représentant(e) aux ventes internes jouera un rôle central dans le soutien aux ventes et le développement des affaires. En collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes externes, il/elle sera responsable du traitement des demandes clients, de la préparation des soumissions et du suivi des opportunités, tout en contribuant activement à la croissance du segment automatisation.

Responsabilités

- Répondre aux demandes techniques et commerciales des clients (téléphone, courriel).

- Préparer les soumissions, assurer le suivi des prix et des délais.

- Collaborer étroitement avec les représentants externes pour maximiser les opportunités.

- Effectuer le suivi rigoureux des projets, commandes et dossiers en cours.

- Identifier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles (upsell / cross-sell).

- Coordonner avec les manufacturiers pour les spécifications techniques et demandes particulières.

- Maintenir les données clients à jour dans le CRM.

- Participer aux formations produits afin de développer une expertise technique solide.

Profil recherché

- Expérience en vente interne B2B, idéalement en automatisation, électrique industriel ou distribution technique.

- Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels.

- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et fort sens du service client.

- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

- Esprit d'équipe développé et attitude proactive.

- Souci du détail et rapidité d'exécution.

- Bilingue français / anglais (oral et écrit).

- Formation technique en automatisation, électronique industrielle ou expérience équivalente
