Représentant des ventes internes – Électrique

Vous aimez conseiller les clients, trouver des solutions techniques et faire avancer les ventes? Notre client recherche une personne organisée et orientée vers le service pour occuper un poste en ventes internes dans le domaine électrique.

Vous serez un point de contact privilégié pour la clientèle et travaillerez en collaboration avec les représentants externes et les partenaires manufacturiers. Votre rôle consistera à comprendre les besoins des clients, préparer les soumissions et assurer un suivi rigoureux des demandes et des commandes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel.
  • Comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner dans le choix de produits électriques adaptés à leurs applications.
  • Préparer les soumissions, vérifier les prix et les disponibilités, puis effectuer les suivis nécessaires.
  • Traiter les commandes et coordonner les étapes jusqu'à la livraison.
  • Collaborer avec les manufacturiers pour obtenir les renseignements techniques, les prix et les délais.
  • Soutenir les représentants externes dans le suivi des comptes et des projets.
  • Proposer des produits complémentaires et repérer les occasions de développer les ventes.
  • Gérer les demandes après-vente, les retours et les situations nécessitant une résolution rapide.
  • Maintenir les dossiers clients et les informations commerciales à jour.

Le profil recherché

  • Expérience pertinente en ventes internes, en service à la clientèle B2B ou en distribution de produits électriques.
  • Connaissance des produits électriques et facilité à comprendre des renseignements techniques.
  • Formation en électricité, en électrotechnique ou dans un domaine connexe, un atout.
  • Aptitude à entretenir des relations durables avec les clients et les partenaires.
  • Rigueur dans la préparation des soumissions et le traitement des commandes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément et à établir les priorités.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion des ventes et des commandes.
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et approche axée sur les solutions.
