VOTRE MISSION

Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'automatisation industrielle et souhaitez mettre votre expertise technique au service de solutions concrètes ? Notre client, un chef de file dans le domaine des systèmes de contrôle, recherche un(e) Spécialiste technique en ventes internes pour sa division Traitement des eaux.

À ce titre, vous jouerez un rôle pivot en accompagnant une clientèle municipale et industrielle dans la réalisation de leurs projets d'automatisation, d'instrumentation et de télégestion pour les infrastructures d'eau potable et d'eaux usées. Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership technique, vous participerez activement à la sélection des équipements et à la conception de propositions adaptées aux besoins des clients.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Évaluation & Analyse technique : Analyser les devis, spécifications et besoins des clients pour recommander et sélectionner avec précision les équipements, composants et systèmes de contrôle appropriés.
  • Support aux ventes & Conception : Participer à la conception préliminaire des systèmes électriques, d'instrumentation et d'automatisation, tout en soutenant l'élaboration de propositions techniques structurantes.
  • Coordination de projets : Assurer la liaison technique et le suivi avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires d'affaires tout au long du processus de vente et d'exécution.
  • Collaboration interne : Travailler en synergie avec les programmeurs, concepteurs, techniciens et chargés de projets pour garantir la faisabilité et la conformité des livrables.
  • Orientation & Amélioration : Contribuer à l'évolution des standards techniques, aux méthodes de sélection d'équipements et à la stratégie de croissance du département.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation : Diplôme (DEC ou Baccalauréat) en génie électrique, automatisation, ou formation équivalente.
  • Expertise technique : Expérience significative en automatisation industrielle avec une excellente maîtrise des automates (PLC), systèmes SCADA, instrumentation et principes électriques.
  • Atout majeur : Connaissance approfondie ou expérience en conception de panneaux de contrôle.
  • Compétences clés : Sens des affaires, aptitudes en gestion des priorités, capacité de prise de décision technique et aisance relationnelle.
  • Savoir-être : Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe et grand sens des responsabilités.
