Notre client est un acteur majeur et historique dans la fourniture d'équipements et de solutions industrielles à l'échelle canadienne. Desservant une multitude de secteurs clés de l'économie, l'entreprise se démarque par son approche collaborative et son engagement envers le développement de l'industrie.

Description du poste Notre client est à la recherche d'un professionnel des ventes pour stimuler la croissance de ses revenus. Le mandat principal consiste à acquérir de nouveaux comptes d'envergure tout en fidélisant et en développant le portefeuille de clients existant au sein des industries cibles.

Responsabilités principales

  • Développement des affaires : Chercher activement de nouvelles opportunités par la prospection, la sollicitation (appels à froid) et l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Gestion de la relation client : Bâtir et consolider des relations de confiance avec les décideurs actuels afin de positionner notre client comme un partenaire d'affaires stratégique.
  • Collaboration et ventes croisées : Travailler de pair avec les experts en produits pour repérer et maximiser les occasions d'affaires au sein des comptes existants.
  • Cycle de vente et analyse : Rédiger des offres commerciales sur mesure, gérer les commandes, assurer les suivis et analyser l'offre de la concurrence pour bien ajuster les prix et répondre aux besoins du marché.
  • Suivi administratif : Maintenir des prévisions de ventes précises et utiliser de façon rigoureuse les outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM - Salesforce).

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Diplôme d'études collégiales ou baccalauréat.
  • Expérience : Au moins 4 années d'expérience pertinente avec un historique de succès démontré dans l'atteinte ou le dépassement d'objectifs de vente et la gestion de comptes.
  • Connaissances : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Une expérience ou une bonne compréhension du secteur industriel est considérée comme un atout important.
