Description du rôle

Relevant de la direction des ventes, le/la représentant(e) sera responsable de la gestion et du développement du territoire de Montréal et de la Rive-Nord. Il/elle assurera la promotion des manufacturiers représentés et jouera un rôle clé dans lentretien et lexpansion du réseau de distributeurs et de contracteurs spécialisés actifs en mécanique du bâtiment.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer, développer et solidifier les relations avec les distributeurs et entrepreneurs spécialisés.
  • Promouvoir les lignes de produits représentées auprès des acteurs du marché (contracteurs, distributeurs, ingénieurs).
  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires sur le territoire.
  • Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des projets, des appels d'offres et des demandes des clients.
  • Offrir un soutien technique de premier niveau et coordonner avec les manufacturiers pour les besoins plus complexes.
  • Participer à des formations, présentations techniques et événements clients.
  • Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain pour soutenir et développer le marché.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience pertinente en vente B2B dans le secteur de la mécanique du bâtiment (CVAC, plomberie, chauffage, ventilation) ou distribution de matériaux spécialisés.
  • Connaissance du réseau de distributeurs et contracteurs spécialisés au Québec.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, approche consultative et sens marqué du service client.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et aisance à gérer un territoire et plusieurs priorités.
  • Formation technique en mécanique du bâtiment ou expérience équivalente (un atout).
