Notre client, un chef de file québécois cumulant plus de 20 ans d'expertise dans le domaine de la manutention et de l'équipement industriel, est à la recherche de son/sa prochain(e) Représentant(e) des ventes. Forte d'une équipe de 240 collaborateurs répartis dans 7 succursales à travers la province, cette entreprise se distingue par sa volonté d'élever les standards de l'industrie et par sa culture de collaboration authentique.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien

  • Développement des affaires : Prospecter activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (sur le terrain et en ligne) et assurer un suivi rigoureux des pistes de vente.
  • Rôle-conseil : Analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients pour leur proposer des solutions sur mesure à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Négociation et conclusion : Mener à bien les négociations et sceller les ententes commerciales, tout en validant la pertinence technique de l'équipement pour chaque client.
  • Service client : Assurer un suivi après-vente irréprochable, incluant la gestion des délais de livraison et l'évaluation technique de la machinerie usagée.
  • Gestion de la performance : Suivre l'atteinte de vos cibles de vente et rédiger des rapports de performance mensuels.

Profil et qualifications requises

  • Diplôme (DEP ou DEC) en vente, en représentation commerciale, ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente et significative.
  • Expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la machinerie industrielle ou des équipements de manutention.
  • Excellent bilinguisme (français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit).
  • Grande aisance avec les outils informatiques et la navigation dans les systèmes ERP et CRM.
  • Maîtrise éprouvée des techniques de vente et de l'analyse des besoins clients.

  • Forte autonomie, débrouillardise et fiabilité reconnue.
  • Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux imprévus et à gérer les urgences.
  • Excellentes habiletés de négociation.
  • Approche résolument orientée vers les résultats.
  • Bel esprit d'équipe et facilité à collaborer.

Conditions de travail et avantages

  • Territoire assigné : Montréal.
  • Rémunération hautement compétitive : Entre 70 000 $et 150 000$ par année (incluant un programme de commissions motivant basé sur le rendement).
  • Horaire de qualité : Temps plein (40 heures/semaine), de jour, du lundi au vendredi, offrant stabilité et flexibilité.
  • Outils fournis : Matériel informatique complet et budget pour des vêtements corporatifs.
