Description du rôle :

Devenez le/la Représentant(e) interne des ventes (Pièces Industrielles) qui sera le moteur de notre centre de profits à Québec. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous agissez comme le lien expert entre les besoins critiques de nos clients industriels lourds et nos solutions techniques.

  • Service Conseil : Offrir une expérience d'achat à haute valeur ajoutée et des recommandations techniques précises.
  • Gestion de l'offre : Préparer, entrer et assurer le suivi rigoureux des soumissions et des commandes.
  • Support Technique : Identifier les pièces optimales (roulements, transmission de puissance, hydraulique) pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt de vos clients.
  • Collaboration : Travailler en synergie avec les fournisseurs et l'équipe de vente externe pour maximiser les opportunités de croissance.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience : Vente technique ou service aux pièces dans le domaine industriel B2B (2 ans+).
  • Formation : Diplôme technique (électromécanique, mécanique industrielle) ou expérience équivalente (un atout majeur).
  • Connaissances : Maîtrise des composants mécaniques, hydrauliques ou pneumatiques.
  • Compétences : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, esprit d'équipe et forte aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes.
  • Langue : Bilinguisme français/anglais requis (interaction avec fournisseurs et collègues hors Québec).
