Description du rôle

Relevant de la direction des ventes, le/la représentant(e) technique sera responsable du développement et de la gestion d'un territoire au Québec. Il/elle jouera un rôle stratégique dans la croissance du segment pneumatique en assurant la prospection active, le développement de nouveaux comptes et le maintien de relations durables avec une clientèle industrielle (OEM, intégrateurs, manufacturiers, maintenance).

Responsabilités

- Développer activement le marché de la pneumatique sur le territoire assigné.

- Gérer, développer et solidifier les relations avec les clients industriels existants.

- Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires (profil hunter).

- Promouvoir les solutions pneumatiques auprès des ingénieurs, responsables maintenance et équipes d'achats.

- Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités, soumissions et projets en cours.

- Répondre aux demandes techniques et coordonner avec les manufacturiers pour les besoins plus complexes.

- Assurer une présence terrain soutenue afin de stimuler la croissance du territoire.

- Participer à des formations techniques et maintenir un haut niveau de connaissance produit.

Profil recherché

- Profil hunter, orienté résultats et développement de marché.

- Expérience pertinente en vente technique B2B dans le domaine industriel (automatisation, pneumatique, mécanique industrielle ou connexe).

- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et forte capacité à bâtir des relations daffaires.

- Grande autonomie, sens de lorganisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

- Esprit analytique, souci du détail et désir marqué dapprentissage technique.

- Bilingue français / anglais (oral et écrit).

- Formation technique en mécanique industrielle, automatisation ou expérience équivalente (atout).
