Notre client est un chef de file dans la distribution de boulons et de produits industriels. En rejoignant la division industrielle à Montréal, vous intégrerez une équipe de passionnés reconnue pour son expertise technique. Cette entreprise mise sur une structure agile et humaine où la collaboration est au cœur du succès. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une unité soudée, sous la supervision directe du gérant.

Description du rôle

En tant que Représentant aux ventes internes, vous êtes le pivot entre les besoins techniques de nos clients industriels et nos solutions d'approvisionnement. Ce poste n'implique aucune prospection à froid (cold calling); vous vous concentrez sur la gestion rigoureuse du bureau de commande. Votre défi principal sera de devenir un expert en achat et en codification, développant ainsi une connaissance pointue du marché des fabricants de boulonnerie.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion des soumissions : Analyser les demandes clients et préparer des offres de prix précises.
  • Approvisionnement stratégique : Identifier et contacter les fournisseurs et fabricants pour dénicher les produits spécifiques requis par les clients.
  • Codification technique : Procéder à la codification rigoureuse des produits dans le système interne (chaque boulon ayant ses spécificités propres).
  • Support opérationnel : Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe pour assurer la fluidité des commandes et effectuer occasionnellement un support à l'entrepôt (environ 1 heure par semaine).
  • Utilisation des outils : Opérer quotidiennement avec SAP, Excel, Outlook et diverses plateformes web de fournisseurs.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : Expérience essentielle en bureau de commande (une expérience dans le domaine de la boulonnerie ou de la fixation est un atout majeur).
  • Compétences techniques : Connaissance des types de filets et des mesures (un atout).
  • Langues : Bilinguisme (français/anglais) absolument essentiel pour communiquer avec nos divers partenaires.
  • Aptitudes informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel) et aisance avec un système ERP (SAP).
  • Savoir être : Vigilance, précision, esprit d'équipe et capacité d'apprentissage rapide dans une structure PME.
