VOTRE MISSION

Rejoignez un chef de file mondial de la gestion d'actifs, des installations et de la transition énergétique, implanté depuis plus de 30 ans en Amérique du Nord. Notre organisation accompagne les entreprises et institutions dans l'optimisation de leurs bâtiments et la réduction de leur empreinte carbone.

À titre de Superviseur(e) électromécanique, vous piloterez les projets de bâtiments sous votre charge, de l'octroi du contrat jusqu'à la livraison finale, en respectant le budget et l'échéancier.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Superviser les projets de réparation et d'installation des équipes techniques, en conformité avec les règles de santé et sécurité.
  • Assurer la relation client : rencontrer les représentants, présenter les solutions et valider leur satisfaction.
  • Gérer l'équipe d'exploitation : intégration, formation et évaluation du personnel sur le terrain.
  • Superviser l'entretien préventif et correctif afin de respecter les cédules et les délais des contrats.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) et proposer des solutions.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les autres départements et produire un rapport mensuel des activités.
  • Gérer le budget départemental : approbation des dépenses, achats et propositions de services.
  • Analyser les risques et maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • DEC en mécanique du bâtiment ou équivalence acceptée.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente au Canada, dont 5 ans en entretien d'équipements mécaniques, électriques et de contrôle de bâtiment, et 2 ans en direction d'équipe.
  • Bonnes connaissances de la suite Office et facilité à apprendre des logiciels d'entretien préventif.
  • Français maîtrisé; anglais avancé (usage occasionnel pour la clientèle canadienne et américaine).
  • Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada et aptitude à obtenir une cote de fiabilité.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation, bonne communication, autonomie et proactivité.
  • Disponibilité en cas d'urgence en dehors des heures normales.
