Surintendant(e) de chantier

Lieu : Estrie et Montréal Salaire : 100 000 $ à 160 000 $

Notre client, une entreprise en pleine croissance spécialisée dans la réalisation de projets architecturaux complexes et haut de gamme, est à la recherche d'un(e) Surintendant(e) de chantier pour joindre son équipe.

Vous êtes un(e) leader terrain, passionné(e) par la construction et à l'aise dans des projets techniques où la qualité et les détails font toute la différence? Vous aurez ici l'occasion de mettre votre expertise à profit sur des projets stimulants, en collaboration étroite avec les chargés de projets, les contremaîtres, les équipes de chantier et les sous-traitants.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la supervision et la coordination des travaux sur le chantier;
  • Offrir un soutien technique à l'équipe de projet afin d'assurer une exécution efficace et conforme;
  • Encadrer et accompagner les contremaîtres et les équipes de chantier;
  • Coordonner les sous-traitants et favoriser une collaboration efficace;
  • Veiller au respect des échéanciers, des normes de sécurité et des standards de qualité;
  • Effectuer un contrôle rigoureux de la qualité des travaux;
  • Anticiper les enjeux techniques et opérationnels et proposer des solutions;
  • Participer à la résolution de problématiques directement sur le terrain;
  • Mettre à profit vos connaissances en charpenterie, menuiserie, rénovation et construction neuve;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projets afin d'assurer la réussite des projets.

Le profil recherché

  • Solide expérience comme surintendant(e) ou dans un rôle de supervision de chantier;
  • Expertise technique en rénovation et/ou construction neuve;
  • Excellente capacité à lire et interpréter des plans architecturaux;
  • Leadership terrain et capacité à mobiliser les équipes;
  • Aptitude à coacher, guider et vulgariser les enjeux techniques;
  • Proactivité, débrouillardise et excellent esprit de résolution de problèmes;
  • Grande rigueur et souci du détail;
  • Passion pour la qualité et l'excellence;
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques de gestion de chantier;
  • Connaissance de Procore, un atout.
