TECHNICIEN(NE) EN MÉCANIQUE DE GRUES

Rémunération : 42 $à 50$ / heure (selon l'expérience) + prime de soir (2 $/h)

VOTRE MISSION

Notre client, une entreprise solidement établie depuis près de 20 ans dans la location de grues, se démarque par la variété de son parc d'équipements et sa culture familiale. Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) passionné(e) pour effectuer l'entretien, le diagnostic et la réparation d'engins de chantier. Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe soudée et collaborative qui valorise l'autonomie, la fiabilité et le développement continu de vos compétences.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN

  • Entretien et prévention : Réaliser l'entretien préventif rigoureux des grues de chantier.
  • Diagnostic : Poser des diagnostics précis et déterminer les correctifs optimaux à apporter.
  • Réparation : Effectuer les réparations complexes sur les systèmes électroniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Sécurité : Appliquer de manière stricte les procédures de sécurité et les standards de qualité en vigueur.
  • Travail d'équipe : Collaborer avec vos collègues pour planifier efficacement les interventions et maximiser la disponibilité des équipements.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Expérience : Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en mécanique de véhicules lourds.
  • Formation : Détenir un DEP en mécanique de véhicules lourds ou en mécanique d'engins de chantier.
  • Savoir-être : Faire preuve de ponctualité, d'autonomie, de débrouillardise et d'un fort esprit de collaboration.
  • Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français ; un niveau d'anglais fonctionnel est considéré comme un bel atout.
  • Disponibilité : Ouvert à un horaire flexible selon le quart de travail choisi.
