Technicien(ne) en évaluation commerciale Montréal

Notre client est une firme reconnue en évaluation immobilière et services-conseils, intervenant auprès d'une clientèle institutionnelle, privée et de promoteurs actifs au Québec. Dans un contexte de croissance, l'organisation souhaite intégrer un(e) technicien(ne) en évaluation commerciale afin de soutenir ses équipes dans la réalisation de mandats variés.

Rôle

Relevant d'évaluateurs agréés, la personne sélectionnée participera activement à l'analyse et à l'évaluation d'actifs immobiliers commerciaux (bureau, industriel, multi-résidentiel, retail).

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer les recherches de base (évaluation municipale, taxes, zonage,
  • Rédiger le profil socio-économique;
  • Effectuer les plans de localisation et de cadastre du sujet;
  • Effectuer les plans de localisation de comparables;
  • Compléter les tableaux de vente;
  • Assister l'évaluateur lors de visites de propriétés;
  • Débuter les rapports d'évaluation;
  • S'assurer que les données au dossier soient transférées dans la base de données;
  • Percevoir le paiement lorsque requis et le remettre à la comptabilité;
  • Gérer la clientèle de façon professionnelle;<
  • Maintenir une communication efficace avec les collègues et la clientèle;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en immobilier, finance, urbanisme ou domaine connexe
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente (évaluation, courtage, analyse immobilière, etc.)
  • Bonne compréhension des principes d'évaluation immobilière commerciale
  • Excellentes habiletés analytiques et souci du détail
  • Maîtrise d'Excel (niveau intermédiaire à avancé)
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rigoureux et professionnel

Atouts

  • Expérience avec des outils comme Argus
  • Intérêt pour l'obtention du titre d'évaluateur agréé
  • Connaissance du marché immobilier québécois
