Le Défi : Assurer l'installation et la maintenance des équipements clients

Au sein d'un chef de file canadien de la distribution de matériel de manutention en pleine expansion, nous recherchons des techniciens autonomes et axés sur le service client. Vous jouerez un rôle clé sur le terrain en assurant le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures logistiques de nos partenaires au Québec.

Vos Responsabilités Clés

  • Dépannage et maintenance : Diagnostiquer, réparer, installer et entretenir tous types de portes industrielles et d'équipements de quais chez les clients.
  • Logistique : Coordonner vos interventions selon le planning quotidien et gérer rigoureusement le stock de pièces de votre véhicule de service.
  • Relation client : Discuter des problématiques techniques avec les clients et établir des devis précis pour les réparations.
  • Sécurité : Effectuer les tests de fonctionnement, remplir les documents administratifs et maintenir vos équipements de sécurité.

Profil Recherché

  • Expérience : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (souhaitable).
  • Compétences techniques : Aptitudes en mécanique, électricité/électronique, hydraulique (lecture de schémas) et soudure à l'arc sur acier doux.
  • Outils et permis : Permis de conduire valide, aisance avec les outils et informatique de base (MS Office).
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français. Anglais intermédiaire requis 10 % du temps (lecture technique et courriels fournisseurs).

Exigences physiques :

  • Conduite sécuritaire de véhicules de service et de chariots élévateurs.
  • Capacité à soulever/pousser régulièrement jusqu'à 22 kg (occasionnellement 45 kg), à travailler dans diverses positions (échelles, bras levés) et à tolérer les variations météo.
