Als Bundesliga Stiftung setzen wir uns seit mehr als 15 Jahren mit der Kraft des Profifußballs für junge Menschen in Deutschland ein. Wir fördern ihre Potenzialentfaltung und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe, ein gesundes und aktives Aufwachsen sowie die Entwicklung junger Talente aus über 50 Sportarten. Gemeinsam mit den Clubs der Bundesliga und 2. Bundesliga sowie Akteuren aus Sport, Politik und Gesellschaft wollen wir mit unserem Engagement Chancen schaffen und Verantwortung übernehmen. Dabei nutzen wir Sport, besonders den Fußball, als Wertevermittler, Motivationsfaktor und Türöffner.

Wir suchen eine/n Campaigning Manager*in Sport & Demokratie (m/w/d)

  • Frankfurt
  • Startdatum: 1. Januar 2027
  • Wochenstunden: 25-30 Stunden pro Woche
  • Befristet bis Dezember 2029 (3 Jahre)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnenstrategien und Aktivierungsmaßnahmen an der Schnittstelle von Sport, Demokratie und politischer Bildung
  • Analyse gesellschaftlicher Debatten und Übersetzung politischer Bildungsinhalte in zielgruppengerechte Social-Media-Formate
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Content inklusive Produktion und Schnitt für digitale Kanäle (insbesondere TikTok)
  • Community Management von Social-Media-Kanälen der Bundesliga Stiftung
  • Steuerung, Monitoring und Evaluation von Kampagnen einschließlich Budgetplanung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Kommunikations-, Medien-, Sozialwissenschaften, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) in Kommunikation, Campaigning, Social Media oder einem vergleichbaren relevanten Feld
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle, analytische und kreative Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Sprachgefühl in Wort und Schrift
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Social-Media-Plattformen, Content-Produktion, Bildbearbeitung, Videoproduktion und Performance-Monitoring
  • Hohes Interesse an gesellschaftspolitischen Themen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
