Finance Manager – F&B / Beverages

Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management, preferably in the beverages, food production, F&B, or food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
  • Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow reports, and financial statements.
  • Monitor expenses, profitability, and operational costs.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and production costing.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, ZATCA requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage financial planning, risk assessment, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  • Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounting team.
  • Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in beverages, F&B, food production, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
  • Good understanding of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
  • Experience with ERP/financial systems and advanced Excel.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred.
