Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage sector to drive sales initiatives and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
