What you'll do

Bring your experience to the table and play a key role in the success of our firm, building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful impact, including:

  • Build effective relationships with internal and external clients, support client events and seminars, and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.
  • Coordinate communications by managing calls, email, post and voicemail, drafting professional correspondence and preparing presentations and meeting materials.
  • Oversee document and file management, including document production, conflict searches, anti-money laundering checks, engagement letters, electronic filing and archiving.
  • Support business development activity by coordinating events, preparing briefing packs, credentials, bids and proposals, and maintaining accurate client and contact information.
  • Assist with matter and financial administration, including project plans, billing, financial queries, payment authorisations and the prompt return of client account balances.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • Previous legal PA or legal secretarial experience, with an understanding of the standards and confidentiality expected in a professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, prioritise competing demands and meet tight deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to take ownership, follow issues through and identify practical improvements to ways of working.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with lawyers, colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail when preparing documents, maintaining files, coordinating schedules and handling financial administration.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing actively to a team-based support model.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
