  • Escalating complex issues to specialist teams where required
  • Assisting with device deployments, upgrades and onboarding activities
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Contributing to process improvements and enhancing the user experience

About You

You'll be an experienced Service Desk or IT Support professional who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll bring:

  • A customer-first approach and commitment to service excellence
  • An IT-related qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine passion for technology
  • Full working rights in Australia

Highly regarded:

  • Previous law firm or professional service experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
