Wil jij graag stage lopen of werken en leren bij de leukste civiele aannemer van Noord-Holland? Ter ondersteuning van onze diverse regionale projecten in Noord-Holland zijn wij bij Markus op zoek naar MBO en HBO stagiaires!

Waarom jij juist bij ons stage zou willen lopen?

  • Wij bieden een zeer leerzame stageplaats waarin we een zo breed mogelijk en persoonlijk passend pakket aan werkzaamheden aanbieden. Binnen de stageperiode is er alle ruimte voor ontwikkeling en eigen initiatief. Daarnaast krijg jij van ons natuurlijk ook alle aandacht en begeleiding voor het uitwerken van je schoolopdrachten;
  • Markus B.V. is een regionale aannemer waar enthousiaste, ambitieuze en gedreven mensen werken en dit is jouw kans om ook deel uit te gaan maken van dit daadkrachtige team;
  • Bij Markus houden wij van denken in mogelijkheden en aanpakken! Je werkt in een goed en gezellig team en door de informele werksfeer is het hier prettig samenwerken;
  • Diverse collega’s zijn hier ooit begonnen als stagiair/leerling. Wij hebben dus niet alleen ervaring met opleiden en begeleiden van mensen, wij doen dit zo goed dat je niet meer weg wilt!

Uitdagende stage gehad waarbij ik veel vrijheid heb gehad en ik fouten mocht maken. "Vanuit enkele weken calculatie/voorbereiding, waarbij ik mee mocht helpen aan een grote calculatie (welke later ook werd aangenomen) ben ik naar buiten in de uitvoering gegaan. Waarbij ik eerst de uitvoerder assisteerde, kreeg ik naarmate de stage vorderde en ik eigen initiatief toonde de kans om werkzaamheden buiten zelf te begeleiden en "uit" te voeren. Na mijn stage periode heb ik de kans gekregen om binnen Markus mijn afstudeeropdracht te doen met een medestudent. Na deze periode zijn we beide bij Markus gebleven. In de 15 jaar dat ik hier nu werk ben ik doorgegroeid naar projectcoördinator en ik ben nog niet uitgegroeid!"

Jouw profiel

  • Jij volgt de opleiding Vakman GWW, Middenkaderfunctionaris Infra (MBO) of Civiele techniek (HBO);
  • Je wilt meewerken bij de uitvoering en/of voorbereiding van diverse projecten in de regio Noord Holland;
  • Je bent enthousiast, zelfstandig, leergierig, flexibel en een echte aanpakker
