Om uppdraget

Vi söker nu en erfaren platschef till spännande projekt inom mark, anläggning och infrastruktur. Projekten omfattar bland annat vägar, broar, järnväg, VA, ledningsarbeten och andra samhällsbyggnadsprojekt där planering, ledarskap och samordning är avgörande för ett framgångsrikt genomförande.

Som platschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för projektets genomförande och leder produktionen från projektstart till slutbesiktning. Du ansvarar för att projektet levereras enligt uppsatta mål avseende kvalitet, arbetsmiljö, tid och ekonomi samtidigt som du bygger ett starkt och engagerat projektteam.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har minst fem års erfarenhet som platschef inom mark, anläggning eller infrastruktur. Du är van att ta ett helhetsansvar för projekt och har god erfarenhet av att leda både människor och produktion i tekniskt komplexa entreprenader.

Du har ett affärsmässigt förhållningssätt och arbetar strukturerat med projektets ekonomi, tidplan och kvalitet. Som ledare är du tydlig, engagerad och kommunikativ, och du har förmågan att skapa ett gott samarbete mellan beställare, projektorganisation och underentreprenörer.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst fem års erfarenhet som platschef inom mark, anläggning eller infrastruktur.
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda större anläggnings- eller infrastrukturprojekt.
  • Har relevant utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Har god kunskap inom entreprenadjuridik, ekonomistyrning och prognosarbete.
  • Har erfarenhet av produktionsplanering, resursstyrning och projektuppföljning.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och har goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Innehar B-körkort.
