Om uppdraget

Vår kund söker nu en projekteringsledare som vill vara med och driva projekteringen i kommande byggprojekt i Stockholmsområdet. Rollen utgår från kundens huvudkontor, samtidigt som du arbetar nära projekten och regelbundet befinner dig ute i verksamheten.

Som projekteringsledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda och samordna projekteringen från tidigt skede fram till produktion. Du säkerställer att tekniska lösningar, handlingar och olika discipliner samordnas och skapar rätt förutsättningar för ett effektivt genomförande.

Du arbetar nära projektledning och produktion samt har löpande kontakt med bland annat beställare, arkitekter, konstruktörer, installationskonsulter och övriga projektörer. Rollen innefattar bland annat projekteringsmöten, granskning och samordning av handlingar samt uppföljning av projekteringens framdrift.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av projekteringsledning inom bygg och en god förståelse för byggprocessens olika skeden. Du har med fördel arbetat i större byggprojekt, exempelvis inom bostäder, kommersiella fastigheter, kontor eller andra typer av lokaler.

Som person är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande. Du trivs i en samordnande roll med många kontaktytor och har förmågan att driva tekniska frågor framåt samtidigt som du skapar ett bra samarbete mellan projektering och produktion.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst 2–3 års erfarenhet som projekteringsledare inom bygg
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda och samordna projektering genom olika skeden
  • Har god byggteknisk förståelse och kunskap om byggprocessen
  • Har erfarenhet från större byggprojekt, gärna inom bostäder och/eller kommersiella fastigheter
  • Är van vid att samordna olika projektörer och tekniska discipliner
  • Har erfarenhet av projekteringsmöten samt granskning och uppföljning av handlingar
