Vår kund söker nu en erfaren projektledare inom bygg som vill ta en central roll i att driva och utveckla byggprojekt.

Som projektledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda, samordna och följa upp projektet. Du arbetar tillsammans med olika aktörer och säkerställer att projektet drivs framåt enligt uppsatta mål.

Rollen innebär ett stort eget ansvar och passar dig som trivs med att skapa struktur, samordna olika delar av projektet och hitta lösningar på de frågor som uppstår längs vägen.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av projektledning inom bygg och en god förståelse för byggprocessen. Du är van vid att ta ansvar, samordna olika aktörer och driva projekt framåt.

Du har förmågan att se både helheten och de detaljer som krävs för att projekten ska nå sina mål. Som person är du strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du kommunicerar tydligt, har lätt för att samarbeta och känner dig trygg i att fatta beslut och driva arbetet framåt.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av projektledning inom bygg.
  • Har relevant utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Har god förståelse för byggprocessen och dess olika skeden.
  • Har erfarenhet av att planera, samordna och följa upp byggprojekt.
  • Har god förståelse för tid, ekonomi och kvalitet i projekt.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och har goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Innehar B-körkort.
