Als Front Office Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25–30 Std./Woche, Montag bis Freitag) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle in unserem Headquarter, kombinierst einen herzlichen Empfang mit einem Blick fürs Detail und vielfältigen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du zeigst Präsenz und bist Ansprechpartner*in am Empfang
  • Du bearbeitest den Postein- und Postausgang
  • Du koordinierst Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Facility Management
  • Du bist für die Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien verantwortlich
  • Du unterstützt im administrativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben
  • Du arbeitest bei kleineren und größeren Projekten zu und übernimmst auch die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du stellst ein professionelles und einladendes Erscheinungsbild unserer Räumlichkeiten sicher

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem dienstleistungs- oder serviceorientierten Beruf mit, z. B. Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel oder vergleichbar
  • Dich zeichnet eine sehr ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus
  • Du bist die "gute Seele des Hauses" und verstehst es, einen positiven ersten Eindruck zu schaffen
  • Du glänzt mit einem guten Selbst- und Zeitmanagement
  • Dich macht ein selbstständiges, proaktives Handeln und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung aus
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und bestitzt die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Du kannst die gängigen Microsoft-365-Anwendungen sicher anwenden

Gehaltsspanne

2.550,00 - 2.750,00 EUR brutto monatlich (bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)
